Payment Policies

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice but we understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule. There is no charge for the first no-show. Thereafter, you will be charged for the missed appointment in full. Insurance will not cover this cost.

We accept cash, check, credit card, or Paypal either in advance or at the time of treatment. Payment is required in full at the time of treatment.

We are an out-of-network provider. Generally, we provide a receipt to you for payment in full that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. In other cases, such as car accidents or worker's compensation, we will submit paperwork on your behalf.

Please check with your insurance carrier to find out if they cover acupuncture. They are more likely to accept coverage if the treatment is the result of a referral from a D.O. or an M.D. Medicaid and Medicare do NOT cover acupuncture at this time. You are responsible for your co-pay and the balance that your insurance does not cover.
